Brewed with a truly rare yeast — Dalons Yellow Flower, isolated from a wild yellow bloom high in Réunion’s Plaine des Cafres. Discovered by Brasserie Dalons and WHC Labs in 2023, this indigenous strain isn’t available for purchase yet, but we’ve been granted exclusive access to brew with it.
The result: a Hazy IPA bursting with vivid floral, tropical, and honeyed aromas — a remarkable expression of its island origin.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, oat malt, hops, yeast.
