Prices & Payment
All prices listed on steppingstonebrew.com include VAT (25%).
The price you see at the time of ordering is the price you’ll be charged. Delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout alongside the total amount.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cannot guarantee stock availability at all times.
You can pay securely using VISA, Mastercard, and other supported payment methods.
Payment will be processed once your order has been confirmed by Stepping Stone Brewing Co.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. We recommend saving this email, as it contains important information about your purchase. You’ll need it if you want to make changes, return an item, or contact us regarding your order.
Please review your confirmation carefully. If anything looks incorrect, get in touch with us as soon as possible at Contact@steppingstonebrew.com.
If we are unable to fulfill your order, we’ll notify you right away. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery
At checkout, you can choose either to pick up your order from our brewery or have it shipped via GLS ParcelShop or GLS Home Delivery.
Delivery usually takes between 1–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Stepping Stone Brewing Co. is responsible for your order until it leaves the brewery. From that point onward, responsibility for the shipment passes to the selected delivery provider.
Please note: Certain regions may be excluded from delivery at specific times of the year due to weather conditions or logistical constraints.
We do our best to keep product availability up to date, but listing an item on our website doesn’t guarantee it will always be in stock. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without prior notice.
