Prices
All prices at Stepping Stone Brewing Company ApS are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Subject to availability.

Payment
We accept payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, PayPal, MobilePay, and bank transfer. The amount will only be charged to your account once the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. Subject to pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.

Right of Complaint
You have a 2-year right of complaint under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This covers defects in material or manufacturing. You may have the product repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction depending on the specific situation.
The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by incorrect handling.
You must notify us within a "reasonable time" after discovering a defect.
Stepping Stone Brewing Company ApS will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

Refunds
For refunds, please provide your bank details (registration and account number) so we can transfer the amount. These details are not sensitive and will only be used for processing your refund.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full return policy on items purchased from our webshop.  

The period begins from the day:

  • You receive the order.

  • You receive the final item in an order of multiple items delivered separately.

  • You receive the final lot or piece in a delivery of multiple parts.

  • You receive the first item in a recurring delivery agreement.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
You must notify us of your wish to withdraw within 14 days of purchase and then return the goods within another 14 days.

You must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot withdraw simply by refusing to accept the package without giving clear notice.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:

  • Custom-made or clearly personalized items.

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken.

  • Goods which, due to their nature, are inseparably mixed with others after delivery.

  • Items with broken seals.

  • Non-financial services started with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment that withdrawal is lost once fully delivered.

  • Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where execution has begun with consumer consent.

  • Newspapers, magazines, or journals (excluding subscriptions).

  • Goods bought at a public auction.

  • Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.

Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal.
You are responsible for the return shipping cost.
You are also responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged.
Include a copy of your order confirmation.
Processing will be faster if you also fill in and include our Withdrawal Form.
You bear the risk for the item until we receive it.
We do not accept packages sent COD.

Condition of Returned Goods
You are only liable for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the item's nature, features, and function—i.e., as you would test it in a physical store.

If the item has been used beyond this, it will be considered "used", and you may only receive a partial or no refund depending on the resale value.
To receive the full purchase price back, the item must be tested but not used.

Refunds on Withdrawal
If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the full amount paid to us.
In cases of value depreciation, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
All payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding extra charges for non-standard delivery methods), will be refunded without delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide documentation of the return.

Alcohol
According to Danish law, persons must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol over 16.50%. For alcohol under 16.50%, the minimum age is 16 years.
We reserve the right to request valid photo ID as proof of age if in doubt.

Privacy Policy
To make a purchase on our website, we require the following personal information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • Information on your purchase

We process this information to deliver your goods and handle inquiries related to your purchase. Processing follows the rules outlined in our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your data, when it is deleted, and your rights as a data subject.
